i mean, I had to request a refund and it was handled quickly. No hassle or drama, and I’m happy with how they dealt with it.

I ordered from papaya.com.au and, the delivery was way quicker than I thought it would be. I was fully expecting the usual waiting around and checking tracking updates that never seem accurate, but it showed up earlier than the estimate, which was a nice surprise for once.

Everything was packed properly too, and I didn’t have to chase anyone up or deal with any annoying back-and-forth, which is more than I can say for a lot of online orders lately. Happy with the whole experience and I’d order from them again.
